This page separates SC-QT pre-selection information documented in the current manual from matters that still require project-specific engineering confirmation. Parameters and configuration codes support initial screening; they are not a quotation or a commitment of fitness, compliance, certification or performance.
FIXED DUTY CYCLE
Record the baseline, then re-test on the same boundary.

Define the boundary
Identify the machine, motion, stable duty cycle and measurement start and end points.

Record and configure
Record the existing baseline, then confirm a direction around load, dynamics, installation and budget.
- 03
Re-test on the same boundary
Repeat measurements on the same machine, duty cycle and measurement boundary, and record exceptions.
REVIEWABLE RECORD
A reviewable record should identify at least
- Machine and motion description
- Duty cycle and measurement start and end points
- Pressure, flow and energy records
- Environment, temperature rise and exception records
- Solution configuration and revision
- Re-test date and record owner
STANDARDS BOUNDARY
A standards reference is not certification
GB/T 3766-2015 provides a project-confirmation baseline for general rules and safety requirements for hydraulic systems and components. Applicable standards still require confirmation during design and acceptance; the reference does not state that SC-QT, the hydraulic system or the customer’s complete machine has completed conformity assessment or obtained certification.Review SC-QT specifications and codesDOCUMENTS
Documents currently available
The bilingual SC-QT pre-selection data sheet is the only current public download and contains ledger-approved screening facts. Envelope drawings, port drawings, CAD, test records and certificates will be published only after formal files are received and entered in the fact ledger.
