Factory checks
No-load run, agreed pressure setting, intermittent starts and holding simulation; inspect leakage, noise, temperature rise and electrics, and record the inspection.
MANUFACTURING / DELIVERY
From component preparation and assembly to holding tests and commissioning, we work around your machine duty at every step to bring energy-saving hydraulics into production.
INSIDE OUR FACTORY / WUXI, CHINA
Assembly is only the start. From pressure adjustment and intermittent operation to final checks, we match hydraulic power to the working cycle.

Checking assembly details and equipment operation on the workshop floor.

Checking pressure, holding, start/stop operation and connections before installation.

DELIVERY / SUPPORT
Complete the checks before delivery. Follow through after handover. Our engineering and service teams support installation, commissioning and day-to-day operation.
No-load run, agreed pressure setting, intermittent starts and holding simulation; inspect leakage, noise, temperature rise and electrics, and record the inspection.
Protect ports and check the manual, electrical diagram, conformity document and packing list. Check equipment condition and accessories on arrival.
Install against drawings with telephone/WeChat guidance, or agree on project-specific commissioning. Confirm overseas site-service scope, costs and timing separately.
Share the serial number, model, symptoms and photos or video. Begin with remote checks, then parts repair or site service as agreed, followed by a recorded resolution and follow-up.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Share the model, serial number, symptoms and photos or video. We register the issue, assess the cause, choose a support route and follow up after the repair.
By phone, WeChat or video, we help check settings, wiring, oil levels and leakage, starting with the fastest practical route back to operation.
We identify the faulty component and repair route. Covered quality faults are repaired or replaced under the warranty terms; out-of-warranty parts are quoted before shipment.
When remote support is insufficient, we discuss inspection and commissioning on site. Service region, timing, labour and travel costs are agreed before the visit.
Warranty duration, coverage and service arrangements for SC-QT and QZB are confirmed in the respective supply proposal.

Start with your duty dataPlanning a custom hydraulic power unit for a machine? Start by comparing the listed SC-QT configurations with your pressure, flow and holding cycle. Identify which requirements a listed model meets and which need engineering review. A request for a different tank, mounting arrangement or operating point is an input for review, not confirmation that the configuration is available.
Provide the installation country, voltage, frequency and phases, together with port requirements, available space and the machine control sequence. The current catalogue lists AC380V motors and DC24V controls; confirm the supply frequency. Other supply requirements need engineering confirmation. Agree the installation and electrical drawings for the selected configuration before ordering.
Our Wuxi workshop brings hydraulic power unit assembly, project checks and delivery preparation into the same process. Agree the model, ports, power supply and acceptance items first. Hydraulic factory inspection should check the assembled unit against that project record, including pressure holding, replenishment and the supplied documents.
ENERGY INTO VALUE
Make each holding phase count. Stop the motor after motion, then recharge when pressure reaches the set threshold, reducing energy use and heat from continuous idle running.
Save 75% or more in short-motion, long-hold applications. Turn reduced electricity use into lower running costs and get more value from every clamping cycle.
Match the delivered unit to the agreed configuration, interface drawings, factory checks and supply list. Keep the model code, test records and electrical documents available for installation and troubleshooting. Delivery arrangements, service responsibilities and warranty terms are confirmed in the project proposal.
