APPLICATIONS / DUTY FIRST

Describe the machine motion before selecting the power unit.

The current customer material supports three application directions. Each starts with duty inputs; none is presented as a completed customer case.

01

Machine-tool clamping & holding

For chuck, tailstock and turret actions that require pressure holding.

Prioritise these RFQ inputs

  • Motion sequence and cycle time
  • Working pressure and flow
  • Hold time and allowed variation

02

Automation & workholding

For hydraulic actions in fixtures, pressing, test rigs and special-purpose lines.

Prioritise these RFQ inputs

  • Peak load and duty cycle
  • Installation envelope and orientation
  • Ports, controls and power supply
Start with your duty data
03

Machinery OEM integration

For repeat machine platforms confirmed through controlled configurations and project documents.

Prioritise these RFQ inputs

  • Target machine and demand direction
  • Drawings, BOM and revision control
  • Destination documents and standards

MEASUREMENT METHOD

Measure → configure → re-test on the same boundary

Record the current machine and a stable duty cycle, then select a direction around load, dynamics, installation and budget. Re-test pressure, flow, energy, temperature rise and exceptions on the same boundary.Review the product boundary
