HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS · YIXING, CHINA

Understand the duty cycle.
Then define the power unit.

Small- and medium-power hydraulic power units for machinery OEMs, machine tools and automation systems. Duty review, configuration, assembly testing and delivery are confirmed by engineers step by step.

PRODUCT / 01

Define the product boundary before discussing a solution.

The SC-QT small- and medium-power range is intended for machine-tool clamping, intermittent pressure holding and machinery integration. The values below come from the current manual and are for pre-selection only; final model, ports and performance require engineering confirmation.

SC-QT hydraulic power unit

Motor power
0.75 / 1.5 kW ≈ 1 / 2 hp
Working pressure
0–8 MPa ≈ 0–1,160 psi
Rated flow
12 / 15 L/min ≈ 3.2 / 4.0 US gpm
Tank volume
16 / 20 L ≈ 4.2 / 5.3 US gal
  • Vertical or horizontal layout direction
  • One- to three-station direction
  • Current three-phase AC380V / 50Hz version
  • ISO VG 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil

Manual-listed metric values support pre-selection only; imperial values are approximate conversions. None is a quotation or fitness commitment. Power supply, standards and certification for export projects must be reviewed individually.

APPLICATIONS / 02

Built around the machine duty cycle—not a promise to customize everything.

01

Machine-tool clamping & holding

For chuck, tailstock and turret actions that require pressure holding. Pressure, flow, hold time and cycle come first.

Review application inputs
02

Automation & workholding

For fixtures, pressing, test rigs and special-purpose lines. Peak load, envelope and interfaces are the key inputs.

03

Machinery OEM integration

For repeat machine platforms. Configuration, drawings, BOM and factory records support controlled revisions.

MEASURE / 03

Efficiency must be repeatable—not just a headline.

On the same machine, duty cycle and measurement boundary, compare baseline and proposed-unit energy, pressure, flow, temperature rise and exceptions. This site does not publish a single context-free energy-saving percentage.
  1. 01

    Measure

Record the current machine and stable cycle

  2. 02

    Configure

    Match load, dynamics and budget

  3. 03

    Re-test

Compare under the same boundary and document

FACTORY / 04

A real workshop says more than a template claim.

Customer-supplied photos show assembled power units, workshop assembly and groups of finished units. Capacity, quality-system status, lead time and test results remain project-specific written confirmations.
  • Visible assemblies include motors, pumps, manifolds, tanks and instruments
  • Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly follows project drawings
  • Factory checks cover no-load run, pressure, holding, leakage and electrical items
  • After-sales issues are triaged through remote support, parts repair or on-site service

FAQ / 06

What engineering and procurement teams ask first.

01Is there a fixed energy-saving percentage?

No. Results depend on the duty cycle, baseline and selected technology. Any claim should follow a controlled A/B re-test with stated boundaries.

02What information should an RFQ include?

Provide the application, pressure, flow, duty/holding time, power supply, installation envelope and ports. You can submit known values first if the data set is incomplete.

03Can the current configuration be used overseas as-is?

That cannot be assumed. The current manual lists AC380V / 50Hz; destination power, standards, documentation and certification require joint review.

RFQ / 07

Clear duty data makes engineering communication useful.

Send the region, application and key operating data in three steps. The form does not auto-quote; price, lead time, payment and technical fit require written human confirmation.
